Verification at the low failure plane for anchor lengths with earth pressure at rest

Verification of anchor lengths with the earth pressure type of the wall analysis

In DC-Pit and DC-Underpinning the verification of the anchor lengths at the low failure plane is now done always with the earth pressure type of the wall analysis. The new calculation for the anchor length determination with active earth pressure is not required any more.

As it is described in EAB 2012 and EAU 2012, the verification in the low failure plane is done also for increased active earth pressure and for earth pressure at rest.

This way, earth pressure redistribution figures and predefined anchor forces from the wall analysis can be used for the determination of the anchor lengths as well.
