In the program DC-Nail, from program version 5.4 inclined joint planes with different parameters than the surrounding soil resp. rock are available.
Over an inclination of the joint planes and a tolerance of e.g. +/- 5 degrees, the angle of internal friction and the cohesion for the joint planes are defined.
In the stability verification, the predefined inclinations of the joint planes are considered in addition to the normal iteration of the failure blocks.
