OENORM B 1997-1-1 was released in november 2007 as national appendix (NA) for Eurocode 7 and is obligatory from 01/01/2009.
The analysis acc. to OENORM B 1997-1-1 based on Eurocode 7 is available in all the programs of the package DC-Foundation.
