Improved analysis method
With program version 3.00 DC-Software presents a new analysis method for the program DC-Pilegroup:
- Improved consideration of the frame effect for rigidly connected piles
- The horizontal deformations at the pile heads match better between piles and slab and between the different piles
- Higher bending moments may result in the piles, because the effect of the fixed support from the frame effect is considered better
- In these case it should be considered if the full fixity can be effective or if the pile support should be applied as hinged
