Dongle update: File ID/Memory descriptor invalid
If when adding a new license to the USB dongle with the delivered program the following message appears:
"Update failed: File ID/Memory descriptor invalid"
most of the times the updates was installed correctly even if this message was shown. Please try to start the new program or control the licenses with the Admin Control Center.
If the new program should not start against expectation, a reprogramming of the dongle will be required.
