Fehlermeldung "HASP not found"

This message just means that the dongle (USB key) with the software license is not found. A reason for that may be that after a Windows update a newer dongle driver is required. You will always find the latest drivers at the producer's website at

Please use the link "Sentinel LDK & LDK EMS Runtime Packages", at the following page "Sentinel HASP/LDK Windows GUI Run-time Installer" and on the next page "DOW0003347". Please install the driver with the program HaspUserSetup.exe from the downloaded zip file (for network licenses:

install the new driver at the server where the dongle is plugged in and at the client where you start the programs).
